Welcome to Viraloid AI, an AI-powered video generation platform. By accessing or using Viraloid AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.

Description of Service

Viraloid AI provides AI-powered video generation tools that allow users to create professional-quality videos from text prompts, reference images, or existing video footage. We offer multiple subscription tiers and a credit-based system for access to video generation features.

Use of the Service

You agree to use Viraloid AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the service to:

Generate content that violates applicable laws or regulations
Create videos containing illegal content, including but not limited to non-consensual intimate imagery, content exploiting minors, or content promoting violence
Attempt to create realistic "deepfake" videos of real individuals without their consent
Circumvent technical limitations or access controls of the platform
Resell or redistribute Viraloid AI's AI infrastructure as a standalone service
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. One person may not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized account use.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use Viraloid AI.

Generated Content and Intellectual Property

Your Ownership: You retain ownership of the videos you generate using Viraloid AI, subject to the licenses below.

License Grant to Viraloid AI: By using the service, you grant Viraloid AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your input content (prompts, images, videos) solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not use your private content to train our AI models without your explicit consent.

Viraloid AI Platform: The Viraloid AI platform, including its AI models, interface, and underlying technology, is protected by intellectual property law. The copyright owner of Viraloid AI is Viraloid AI Ltd.

Commercial Rights:

Paid Plans: Generated videos carry commercial-use rights with no additional licensing fee.

Pricing, Credits, and Payments

Credits are consumed each time you generate a video. The credit cost is displayed before generation begins.
Unused credits from active subscriptions are retained as long as your subscription remains active.
Subscription prices may change with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers.
You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected plan using a valid payment method.

Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in every purchase. Here is our commitment:

Credit Packs (One-Time Purchase) If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided fewer than 20% of the purchased credits have been used. Requests can be made by emailing [email protected] with your order number.

Subscriptions You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you retain access to your remaining credits and all subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial subscription periods.

Service Failures If a video generation fails due to a platform error on our end, the credits consumed for that generation will be automatically refunded to your account within 24 hours.

Annual Subscriptions For annual plans, if you cancel within the first 30 days and have used fewer than 10% of your annual credits, you are eligible for a prorated refund for the remaining months.

Content Moderation

Viraloid AI uses automated and human review to prevent misuse. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our Content Policy, and to suspend accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or continuous availability of the service. AI-generated content is probabilistic and results may vary. Viraloid AI disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viraloid AI Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue from generated content. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to Viraloid AI in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Viraloid AI Ltd., its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Viraloid AI for material violation of these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
