Content Moderation and Payment Compliance

Viraloid AI employs automated content filters and human review processes to enforce this policy. Prompts, uploaded media, reference images, generated images, and generated videos may be screened before or after generation. All generated content is subject to moderation. We reserve the right to:

  • Block generation requests that violate this policy before they are submitted to an AI provider
  • Block uploads or remove stored media that violates this policy
  • Mark generated outputs as failed if post-generation moderation detects unsafe content
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly attempt to bypass moderation
  • Report illegal content to relevant authorities

For payment-network and processor compliance, do not use Viraloid AI for adult entertainment, NSFW experimentation, sexualized imagery, or any content that could be treated as prohibited adult content by our payment partners. If moderation blocks a request or output, credits may not be refunded when the attempted content violates this policy or appears designed to bypass the safety system.

User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all content generated through your account
  • You must not attempt to circumvent content safety measures
  • You must promptly report any violations you discover to [email protected]
  • You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction when using generated content

Violations of this AUP will be handled as follows:

  1. First violation: Warning and content removal
  2. Repeated violations: Temporary account suspension
  3. Severe or intentional violations: Immediate and permanent account termination without refund

Viraloid AI reserves the right to skip steps based on the severity of the violation.

We may update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
